By bus
Routes 14, 211 and 414 stop on Fulham Road close to the stadium. Services and diversions can change on matchdays, so use Transport for London's journey planner.
By car
The ground sits in a busy residential area with very limited parking. Matchday road closures and local parking controls apply; use the club's current travel advice rather than relying on ordinary driving times.
Match tickets
Use official sales channels
For men's home matches, supporters other than season-ticket holders generally need a current Chelsea membership to apply for general-admission tickets. Eligible members use match-specific application windows, and some high-demand fixtures also use loyalty-point thresholds. Availability is never guaranteed.
Home tickets are delivered digitally through the Chelsea Official App. Match rules can differ for Chelsea Women, cup ties, friendlies, hospitality and visiting supporters, so read the sales notice for the exact fixture before buying.
Do not rely on unauthorised resale sites. Chelsea states that its official ticketing portal is the legitimate route for general admission and Club Chelsea hospitality; limited overseas hospitality packages may also be offered by travel partners named by the club.

Use the stand, gate and turnstile printed in the official ticket or pre-match message. The ground has separate Stamford Gate and Britannia Gate approaches.

The standard guided tour normally includes the dressing rooms, press room, players' tunnel, pitchside areas and museum admission.
